Product Overview
The onsemi 1N4148WS is a small-signal silicon switching diode in a SOD-323FL (flat lead) surface mount package. With 75V repetitive reverse voltage, 150mA average rectified current, and fast reverse recovery time of 4ns, it is the SMD equivalent of the classic 1N4148 through-hole diode. The compact package and fast switching make it ideal for general-purpose switching and signal processing.
