The AC1206FR-0715RL from YAGEO is an automotive-grade thick film chip resistor in a 1206 package. Part of the AC series qualified to AEC-Q200, it provides 15 ohm resistance with +/-1% tolerance and +/-100ppm/C TCR. The 0.25W power rating and 200V max voltage suit a wide range of automotive and industrial applications.

The AC series uses a ruthenium-based thick film paste screen-printed onto alumina ceramic and fired at high temperature. NiCr barrier and Sn termination ensure solderability. The 1206 package provides adequate surface area for 0.25W dissipation with derating from 70C to zero at 155C.
