The BAS40-7-F from Diodes Inc is a 40V/120mA Schottky diode in SOT-23. Low 0.52V forward voltage and sub-1ns recovery suit signal clamping, logic steering, and low-power rectification. The 40V rating covers most logic and interface voltage ranges.

Metal-silicon Schottky barrier junction. Majority carrier conduction with no minority charge storage gives sub-ns reverse recovery. The 0.52V VF is set by the barrier height of the metal contact.

  • In case of loss or severe damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the tracking information. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
