The BAT54A-QR from NXP is an AEC-Q101 automotive-qualified dual common-anode Schottky diode array in SOT-23. Low 0.32V forward voltage and fast <5ns reverse recovery suit OR-ing and protection applications. The common-anode configuration connects both cathodes separately for dual independent circuits sharing one supply. 30V/200mA per diode for automotive signal and low-power supply routing.

Each diode uses a metal-semiconductor (Al-N) junction that allows majority carrier conduction. The absence of minority carrier storage enables sub-5ns reverse recovery. The low barrier height of the Al-N junction gives 0.32V forward voltage, significantly lower than silicon PN diodes (0.7V), reducing conduction loss in OR-ing and protection circuits.

  • In case of loss or severe damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the tracking information. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
  • We shall not be liable for any losses caused by incorrect delivery address, wrong contact information or the buyer’s refusal to complete customs clearance.
