The BC817-16 is an industry-standard NPN general-purpose transistor in SOT-23. The -16 suffix denotes hFE group 100-250 (medium gain). 45V VCEO and 500mA IC provide versatile switching and amplification capability for general-purpose circuits, LED driving, and relay control.

Standard planar NPN epitaxial transistor. Base current controls collector current through hFE amplification. For saturated switching, base drive should exceed IC/hFE(min) = 500mA/100 = 5mA to ensure VCE(sat) < 0.7V.

  • In case of loss or severe damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the tracking information. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
