The CL05C180JB5NNNC uses a C0G/NP0 ceramic dielectric between interleaved inner electrodes to achieve its 18pF capacitance in a 0402 (1005 Metric) form factor. C0G/NP0 (Class I) dielectric provides excellent temperature stability with 0±30ppm/degC temperature coefficient and no capacitance aging, making it ideal for resonant and matching circuits where stability is critical.
