The CL10B223KB8NNNC uses a X7R ceramic dielectric between interleaved inner electrodes to achieve its 22nF (0.022uF) capacitance in a 0603 (1608 Metric) form factor. X7R (Class II) dielectric provides a good balance of capacitance density and temperature stability, with ±15% capacitance change over the -55 to +125degC operating range. Some capacitance reduction occurs with applied DC voltage (DC bias effect), which should be considered in circuit design.
