The onsemi NCP1200D100R2G is a PWM current-mode controller designed for low-power universal off-line switch-mode power supplies (SMPS). Housed in an SOIC-8 package, it operates at a fixed switching frequency of 100 kHz and features skip-cycle capability for excellent light-load efficiency, internal leading-edge blanking, and self-supply operation from the DC rail — eliminating the need for an auxiliary winding.
