The RT0603BRC0731K6L is a YAGEO RT series high precision, high stability thin film chip resistor. It provides 31.6 kOhms resistance with ±0.1% tolerance and an ultra-low TCR of ±15 ppm/°C, ensuring minimal resistance drift over temperature variations. The 0603 package allows higher power dissipation of 0.1W compared to smaller 0402 alternatives. AEC-Q200 qualified, this resistor is ideal for the most demanding precision and automotive applications.

The resistor is built on a high-grade alumina ceramic substrate with a NiCr thin film resistive layer deposited via advanced sputtering technology.
