The SKBPC5016 is a three-phase glass passivated bridge rectifier designed for high power industrial applications. It delivers 50A average rectified output current with 1600V repetitive peak reverse voltage rating. The glass passivated chip construction ensures high reliability and low reverse leakage current. With a peak forward surge current rating of 500A and low forward voltage drop of 1.1V, this rectifier is ideal for frequency converters, servo systems, and industrial power supplies.

The three-phase bridge rectifier consists of six diodes arranged in a full-wave bridge configuration. When three-phase AC is applied to the input terminals, pairs of diodes conduct in sequence during each half-cycle, producing a pulsating DC output with lower ripple than single-phase rectifiers. The glass passivated junction provides superior reverse voltage blocking and thermal stability. The device mounts to a heatsink for thermal management, with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 0.5°C/W.
