PMOS pass transistor achieves low dropout. Internal bandgap reference and error amplifier maintain 1.8V output with ±2% accuracy. EN pin enables/disables the output. Current limit and thermal shutdown provide fault protection. The 85 µA quiescent current is low enough for always-on rails in battery systems.
