The AT0402BRD07100RL is a YAGEO AT series high precision thin film chip resistor. It provides 100 Ohms resistance with extremely tight ±0.1% tolerance and a low temperature coefficient of ±25 ppm/°C. The AT series utilizes advanced sputtering thin film technology to deliver superior precision, low noise, and high stability, making it ideal for demanding applications in measurement, medical, and industrial systems.

The resistor is constructed on a high-grade alumina ceramic substrate. A thin film resistive layer (NiCr alloy) is deposited using advanced sputtering technology onto the ceramic body. Internal metal electrodes at each end connect to the resistive layer. Laser trimming precisely adjusts the resistance to the target value within ±0.1% tolerance. A protective coating covers the resistive element, and lead-free (matte tin) terminations are added for surface mount assembly.
