The HA series features premium electrolyte formulation and advanced etching technology, achieving 0.30 ohm maximum impedance at 100 kHz and 380 mA ripple current rating. With 5000-hour lifetime at 105C, the device offers extended reliability in demanding thermal environments. The 6.3mm diameter radial package provides a compact solution for PCB mounting in industrial and consumer power supply designs.

The EEE1HA330UP uses etched aluminum foil anode with electrochemically grown aluminum oxide dielectric. The HA series employs a specialized low-resistance electrolyte formulation that reduces ESR to 0.30 ohm at 100 kHz, enabling high ripple current handling with minimal self-heating. The 5000-hour lifetime at 105C is achieved through optimized seal design that minimizes electrolyte evaporation. The 50V rating requires an oxide layer approximately 70 nm thick, grown at formation voltage above the rated voltage. The capacitor is polarized and must not be subjected to reverse voltage or AC without DC bias.
