Principio de funcionamiento

On-chip transformers provide 5 kV RMS reinforced isolation between primary logic side and secondary gate drive side. Two independent driver channels with independent desaturation (DESAT) fault detection and Miller clamp protect against shoot-through and parasitic turn-on. Programmable UVLO prevents gate drive at insufficient supply. fault output reports DESAT and UVLO events.
