The CC0201JRNPO9BN180 uses a C0G/NP0 ceramic dielectric between interleaved inner electrodes to achieve its 18pF capacitance in a 0201 (0603 Metric) form factor. C0G/NP0 (Class I) dielectric provides excellent temperature stability with 0±30ppm/degC temperature coefficient and no capacitance aging, making it ideal for resonant and matching circuits where stability is critical. The low dissipation factor minimizes signal loss in high-frequency applications.
