The CL10B225KP8NNNC from Samsung is a 2.2uF 50V X7R MLCC in 0603 (1.6×0.8mm) package. 50V rating for 12V and 24V industrial and automotive rails. X7R dielectric maintains +/-15% stability over -55 to 125C. 2.2uF provides effective decoupling for motor drivers, automotive ECUs, and industrial 24V systems.

Alternating nickel inner electrodes and X7R barium titanate ceramic dielectric layers stacked and co-fired. The 50V rating requires thicker dielectric layers, reducing the achievable capacitance compared to lower voltage parts. At 12V applied, DC bias reduction is minimal (~5-10%).
