The HK100515NJ-T from TDK is a 15nH wirewound chip inductor in 0402. With high Q factor of 8 at 100MHz and self-resonant frequency above 6GHz, it is designed for RF matching and filtering in wireless communication circuits operating at GHz frequencies.

The HK1005 series uses a wirewound construction where fine copper wire is wound around a ceramic core. This provides higher Q factor than thick-film multilayer inductors, especially at GHz frequencies. The 15nH value is commonly used in impedance matching networks for cellular (700MHz-2.7GHz) and WiFi (2.4/5GHz) RF front-end circuits.
