The LT3467ES6#TRMPBF from Analog Devices is a 1.2A 1.5MHz step-up DC-DC converter with integrated 1.2A power switch. Output disconnect feature isolates the load from the input during shutdown, preventing leakage current. 2.4V to 16V input and up to 40V output for LED driver and bias voltage generation. SOT-23-6 compact footprint.

A current-mode PWM boost converter. The internal 1.2A N-channel MOSFET switches at 1.5MHz, storing energy in the external inductor during on-time and releasing it to the output during off-time. Current-mode control provides fast transient response and cycle-by-cycle current limit. The output disconnect P-channel MOSFET isolates the output during shutdown.
