The LTC1694CS5#TRPBF from Analog Devices is a dual N-channel MOSFET gate driver in a tiny SOT-23-5 package. It provides ±1.5A peak drive current with 15 ns typical rise/fall times, suitable for synchronous buck converter MOSFET driving in compact power supplies.

Principio de funcionamiento

Two independent non-inverting driver channels source and sink 1.5A peak to charge and discharge MOSFET gate capacitance rapidly. CMOS input logic with hysteresis prevents oscillation on slow input edges. Internal pull-down on outputs keeps MOSFETs off during power-up.
