The LY62256SL-70LL is a 256Kbit (32K x 8-bit) Low-Power CMOS Static RAM from Lyontek Inc. operating at 3.0V to 3.6V with 70 ns access time. It provides fully static operation with no clocks or refresh required, byte-wide I/O, and data byte control via LB# and UB# signals for x16 variants. The LL (Low-power Low-voltage) variant features ultra-low standby current.

The LY62256SL-70LL is a 256Kbit (32K x 8-bit) low-power CMOS static RAM from Lyontek Inc. operating at 3.0V to 3.6V with 70 ns access time. The device provides fully static operation requiring no clocks or refresh, with TTL-compatible I/O and ultra-low standby current suitable for battery-backed applications. Data retention is maintained down to 1.5V supply.

The LY62256 is a fully static asynchronous SRAM. Six-transistor CMOS memory cells retain data without refresh. Read: CE# low, OE# low — data appears on I/O after access time. Write: CE# low, WE# low — data is written to the addressed location. Standby: CE# high — ultra-low power mode with microampere-level current, supporting battery backup.
