The MTCA-0311 is a MEMS-based clock oscillator offering superior frequency stability and ultra-low jitter for precision timing. MEMS technology provides exceptional vibration and shock resistance compared to quartz, making it ideal for harsh environment and portable applications. 3.3V supply and compact 5×3.2mm SMD footprint.

A MEMS resonator structure vibrates at the programmed frequency. An integrated PLL multiplies the MEMS resonator frequency to the desired output. MEMS is fabricated in silicon, providing 10x better vibration resistance than quartz and eliminating the fragility of crystal blanks.
