El SLG7NT4198V de Renesas (antes Silego Technology) es un generador de interrupciones de 1 Hz en un encapsulado TDFN de 8 patillas (2×2 mm). Funciona con una alimentación de 3,0-V a 3,6-V con una corriente de alimentación de sólo 30-µA. El dispositivo genera una señal de interrupción periódica de 1 Hz para las funciones de activación y temporización del sistema, integrando un oscilador de precisión y lógica sin necesidad de componentes de temporización externos. Incluye una salida de puerta NMI, entrada de alimentación, entrada de referencia de tensión externa y salidas de reset/reloj SMC. El rango de temperatura de funcionamiento es de -40°C a +85°C. Forma parte de la familia CMIC (CI de señal mixta configurable) de Renesas.

El SLG7NT4198V es un generador de interrupciones dedicado de 1 Hz de la línea de productos GreenPAK CMIC (Configurable Mixed-Signal IC) de Renesas, diseñado originalmente por Silego Technology (adquirida por Renesas en 2017). Proporciona una solución de bajo coste y ultrapequeña para generar interrupciones periódicas del sistema sin necesidad de un cristal, un oscilador externo o un recurso de temporizador MCU.
