The STM32F303CBT7 from ST is an ARM Cortex-M4 MCU with hardware FPU in LQFP-48 package. 128KB flash and 32KB SRAM. 72MHz with DSP instructions (MAC, SAT) for motor control and signal processing. Unique analog mix: 4 comparators, 2 op-amps, 2 DACs, and 4 ADCs for direct sensor interfacing without external analog ICs. CAN 2.0B for automotive bus communication. For FOC motor control, power inverter, and industrial actuator applications.

The Cortex-M4F core executes Thumb-2 instructions with single-cycle MAC and SIMD DSP extensions. The hardware FPU supports IEEE-754 single-precision floating-point for FOC Park/Clarke transforms. The embedded analog peripherals (comparators, op-amps, DACs, ADCs) are interconnected via an analog switch matrix, enabling direct signal routing without external components. CAN bus controller supports 2.0B active for automotive networking.
