STM32L412CBT6 is an ultra-low-power ARM Cortex-M4 MCU with 128KB Flash, 40KB SRAM, USB 2.0 FS device, 2x SPI, 3x I2C, 3x USART, 1x SAI, 1x SDMMC, 1x SWPMI, 12-bit ADC, 48-pin LQFP package.

The STM32L412CBT6 is a microcontroller or power MOSFET from STMicroelectronics. For MCU variants, an ARM Cortex core executes firmware from on-chip Flash with SRAM for data. Peripherals include timers, ADCs, communication interfaces (UART/SPI/I2C), and GPIO. For MOSFET variants, a vertical DMOS structure with stripe layout minimizes on-resistance while maximizing breakdown voltage. The body diode provides inherent reverse conduction. Gate charge is optimized for switching efficiency in power conversion applications.
