The TPS543C20RVFT is a 4V to 14V input, 40A synchronous step-down SWIFT converter from Texas Instruments, packaged in a 40-pin LQFN-CLIP (RVF) 5 × 7 mm package. It features internally compensated advanced current-mode control with adaptive internal compensation, integrated 3 mΩ/0.9 mΩ stacked NexFET power stage, and stackable architecture allowing two devices to deliver up to 80A with current sharing and clock synchronization.
