The TSV911ILT from ST is a 1.2MHz rail-to-rail CMOS operational amplifier in SOT-23-5 package. 300uA supply current for power-efficient signal conditioning. 2.5V-10V supply range for battery and low-voltage systems. CMOS input with pA-level bias current for sensor interfaces. -40 to 125C industrial temperature range.

Two-stage CMOS op-amp with complementary input pair for rail-to-rail input and common-source output for rail-to-rail output swing. Internal compensation provides unity-gain stability. The 1.2MHz GBW is set by the input stage transconductance and the compensation capacitor.
