Product Overview
The TS393IDT from STMicroelectronics is a micropower CMOS dual voltage comparator with extremely low consumption of 9 µA per comparator, 20 times less than the bipolar LM393. It operates from a single 2.7V to 16V supply or dual ±1.35V to ±8V supplies. The device is packaged in an SO-8 footprint and features an open-drain output compatible with wired-OR configurations.
