The BSL606SNH6327XTSA1 from Infineon is a 60V N-channel OptiMOS power MOSFET with ultra-low 6.7 mOhm RDS(on) at VGS=10V. The OptiMOS trench technology achieves excellent FOM (RDS*Qg = 0.26 Ohm*nC) for high-efficiency switching. SuperSO8 package with source-down configuration minimizes PCB loop inductance for low overshoot and ringing at high dv/dt. 175C max Tj for demanding thermal environments.

The OptiMOS technology uses a deep-trench gate structure with optimized cell pitch to maximize channel density and minimize RDS(on). The stripe layout reduces Crss (Miller capacitance) for lower switching losses. The SuperSO8 package uses a source-down die attach that connects the source to the large exposed pad, providing both low Rth(j-c) and low parasitic source inductance for clean switching waveforms.
