The LMP7701MF/NOPB from Texas Instruments is a high-precision low-power CMOS single operational amplifier with ultra-low 1pA input bias current and 1uV typical input offset voltage in a SOT-23-5 package. The CMOS input stage with auto-zeroing chopper technique achieves sub-microvolt offset with 0.1uV/C drift. With 2.5MHz GBW, 12nV/sqrt(Hz) noise, and 1.8V to 5.5V supply range, it is designed for high-impedance sensor interfaces and precision measurement circuits.

The LMP7701 uses an auto-zero (chopper-stabilized) CMOS input stage that continuously samples and nulls the input offset voltage. The chopper clock alternates between two phases: in the nulling phase, the offset is stored on internal capacitors; in the amplification phase, the stored offset is subtracted from the input, effectively reducing the DC offset to the residual auto-zero residue (~1uV). The CMOS input stage provides femtoampere-level input bias current.
