工作原理

NPN pass transistor with internal bandgap reference and error amplifier maintains 5V output. Current limit (typically 3.4A) protects against overload. Thermal shutdown activates at 150°C junction temperature. The D2PAK package with exposed tab provides low thermal resistance for high-power dissipation without external heatsink.
