The PR35V30 is a 3-channel digital isolator from 2Pai Semi with 5000 Vrms reinforced isolation rating and 150 Mbps data rate. UVLO on both sides ensures safe default states during power transients. Pin-compatible with TI ISO7731 and Silicon Labs Si8631, it provides a domestic supply chain alternative with automotive-grade -40°C to +125°C temperature support for industrial, automotive, and medical isolation applications.

Capacitive coupling-based digital isolation. Each channel has a modulator on the input side encoding the digital state, an isolation barrier transmitting the signal, and a demodulator recovering the state on the output side. UVLO ensures outputs default to a defined state when either supply drops below threshold. The 5kVrms reinforced isolation meets IEC 61010-1 and VDE 0884-17 safety standards. 150 Mbps data rate supports high-speed SPI and other fast protocols.
