The STM32L011F4P6TR from STMicroelectronics is an ultra-low-power Cortex-M0+ MCU in TSSOP-20. 32KB Flash and 8KB RAM for small-footprint applications. 300nA standby with RTC running preserves battery for years. LPUART (Low-Power UART) operates at 9600 baud from LSE without main clock. 1.65V-3.6V supply for direct coin-cell operation.

The Cortex-M0+ core executes Thumb-2 instructions at 32MHz with 0.9 DMIPS/MHz. Multiple low-power modes trade speed for current: Run (1mA/MHz), Low-Power Run (40uA/MHz), Sleep, Stop (1uA), Standby (300nA with RTC). The LSE (32.768kHz) drives the RTC and LPUART for always-on communication at minimal power. Fast wake-up (2us from Stop) enables bursty sensor sampling.
