The dsPIC33EP512MC202-E/MM from Microchip is the largest-Flash dsPIC33E motor control DSC. 512KB Flash and 48KB RAM provide ample space for complex FOC algorithms. Motor PWM, 12-bit 3.5 Msps ADC with simultaneous sampling, and 2x CAN make it ideal for automotive motor drives. Extended -40 to 125C for underhood applications.

Same dsPIC33E core at 60 MIPS with dual MAC. The motor PWM module supports up to 4 complementary PWM pairs with independent dead-time, fault handling, and ADC trigger. The 12-bit ADC samples phase currents simultaneously for Clarke/Park transform.

1. Payment Terms

  • In case of loss or severe damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the tracking information. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
