The STM32L071RBT6TR is an ultra-low-power microcontroller based on the Arm Cortex-M0+ 32-bit RISC core, optimized for low-power applications. It features 128 KB of Flash program memory, 20 KB of SRAM, and 6 KB of true data EEPROM with ECC. Operating at frequencies up to 32 MHz with a supply voltage range of 1.65 V to 3.6 V, the device offers comprehensive peripheral integration including a 12-bit ADC, multiple USART/SPI/I2C interfaces, comparators, and a DMA controller. Multiple low-power modes achieve standby current as low as 0.29 µA.

The STM32L071RBT6TR is based on the Arm Cortex-M0+ processor core with a 3-stage pipeline and Von Neumann architecture. The core executes Thumb-2 instruction set, providing a balance of code density and performance. Power management is achieved through multiple low-power modes (Sleep, Stop, Standby) with ultra-fast wake-up from Standby in 5 µs. The integrated voltage regulator supports operation down to 1.65 V. Peripherals can operate independently in low-power modes, with the LPUART and LPTIM available in Stop mode.
