The π120U30 is a 3-channel digital isolator from 2Pai Semi (π Semi) with UVLO (Under Voltage Lock Out) feature. It provides 3kV rms isolation rating with up to 150 Mbps data rate per channel. The device is designed as a pin-compatible alternative to the Silicon Labs Si8630 and TI ISO7730 digital isolators, offering domestic (Chinese) supply chain security for industrial and automotive applications.

The π120U30 is a 3-channel digital isolator from 2Pai Semi with 3kV rms isolation rating and 150 Mbps data rate. It features UVLO on both sides, wide 2.5V to 5.5V supply range, and automotive-grade -40°C to +125°C temperature support. Pin-compatible with Silicon Labs Si8630 and TI ISO7730, it provides a domestic (Chinese) supply chain alternative for industrial and automotive isolation applications.

The π120U30 uses capacitive or transformer-based isolation to transmit digital signals across a galvanic barrier. Each channel consists of a modulator on the input side that encodes the digital state, an isolation barrier that transmits the encoded signal, and a demodulator on the output side that recovers the digital state. UVLO ensures the outputs default to a known state when either supply voltage drops below threshold, preventing erroneous data transmission during power-up/power-down transients. The 150 Mbps data rate supports high-speed SPI, UART, and other communication protocols.
