The BAS70-04Q-7-F from Diodes Incorporated is a quad common-anode Schottky diode array in a compact SOT-753 (SC-88) surface-mount package. Each diode provides 70V reverse voltage, 10mA forward current, and 0.41V typical forward voltage drop. The low 1.5pF junction capacitance makes it suitable for RF and high-speed signal applications. The common-anode configuration is ideal for signal clamping, steering, and ESD protection circuits.

The BAS70 uses a metal-semiconductor (Schottky) junction where a metal contact forms a rectifying barrier with N-type silicon. The Schottky barrier height determines the forward voltage (~0.41V), which is lower than a P-N junction (~0.65V). The majority-carrier conduction eliminates minority carrier storage, enabling very fast switching (no reverse recovery time). The common-anode configuration connects all four anodes internally.
