The DLPC6540ZDC is a high-resolution DLP display controller from Texas Instruments for the DLP471TP (0.47-inch 4K UHD) DMD. It supports 4K UHD at 60 Hz and 1080p at 240 Hz (2D) / 120 Hz (3D) via a V-by-One HS video input. The controller features an internal Arm Cortex R4F processor, a warping engine with 1D/2D/3D keystone and optical distortion correction, HDR10 support, and integrated 2G-bit frame memory eliminating external high-speed memory requirements.

- Shipment Tracking

MOQ & Sample Service

Packaging Standard
All electronic components are packed with professional anti-static and shockproof materials. Original factory packaging is available for branded chips and integrated circuits.
Import Duties & Taxes
All import duties, customs clearance fees and local taxes incurred for international shipments shall be borne by the buyer. We will provide complete customs documents to assist you with clearance procedures.
- Handling of Lost or Damaged Goods
- In case of loss or severe damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the tracking information. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
- We shall not be liable for any losses caused by incorrect delivery address, wrong contact information or the buyer’s refusal to complete customs clearance.

It supports 4K UHD display at 60 Hz and 1080p at up to 240 Hz (2D) or 120 Hz (3D) via a V-by-One HS video input port with flexible lane configurations. The controller integrates an Arm Cortex R4F processor with FPU, a powerful warping engine for keystone and optical distortion correction, HDR10 (PQ and HLG) processing, DynamicBlack, and BrilliantColor technology. The integrated 2G-bit frame memory eliminates the need for external high-speed memory, simplifying system design. The DLPC6540 paired with DLP471TP DMD and DLPA3005 PMIC forms a complete 4K UHD projection chipset.
The DLPC6540 receives video input through the V-by-One HS interface at up to 3.0 Gbps. The internal Arm Cortex R4F processor manages all image processing pipelines. The warping engine applies geometric correction including 1D/2D/3D keystone and radial/lateral color distortion correction for short-throw optics. The blending engine supports multi-projector edge blending with 63 x 32 point maps. DynamicBlack dynamically adjusts LED duty cycle for improved contrast. HDR10 processing handles PQ and HLG EOTFs. Processed pixel data is output to the DLP471TP DMD via dual HSSI macros. The integrated 2G-bit frame memory stores intermediate frames, enabling frame rate conversion and spatial-temporal multiplexing without external DRAM.
