The MS0042 is an N-channel enhancement-mode MOSFET for low-voltage power switching. With 70mOhm Rds(on) at Vgs=4.5V and logic-level gate threshold, it is ideal for battery load switching and power management in portable devices.

When gate-source voltage exceeds threshold (0.65-1.2V), the N-channel MOSFET conducts. Low threshold enables direct 1.8V/3.3V logic drive. At Vgs=4.5V, channel resistance drops to 70mOhm for efficient power switching.
