The PIC24EP512GU810-I/PT from Microchip is a 70 MIPS 16-bit MCU with integrated USB 2.0 and 512KB Flash. USB OTG supports both host and device modes for flexible USB connectivity. 48KB RAM provides ample space for USB buffers and application data. 100-pin TQFP offers maximum I/O for complex systems with multiple peripherals and external interfaces.

The PIC24E core executes at 70 MIPS with a 4-stage pipeline. The integrated USB SIE (Serial Interface Engine) handles USB protocol in hardware, reducing CPU overhead. The 48KB RAM supports multiple USB endpoints and application data structures simultaneously.
