The TPS562201DDCR from Texas Instruments is a 2A buck converter operating from 4.5-17V input with 650kHz switching frequency in a SOT-23-6 package.

The buck converter uses integrated N-channel MOSFET switches in a current-mode control architecture. The high-side switch charges the inductor during the on-time, and the low-side synchronous rectifier freewheels during the off-time. Current mode control provides fast transient response and cycle-by-cycle current limiting.
