Product Overview
The IR2304STRPBF is a high voltage, high speed half-bridge gate driver from Infineon Technologies (formerly International Rectifier). Designed for driving N-channel power MOSFETs and IGBTs, it features independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels in a compact SOIC-8 package. Proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technologies enable ruggedized monolithic construction. The floating channel can be used to drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT in the high-side configuration, operating up to 600V.
