Product Overview
The IRS20957STRPBF is a protected digital audio driver IC with floating PWM input, manufactured by Infineon Technologies. Packaged in a SOIC-16 narrow package (PG-DSO-16), this high-voltage, high-speed MOSFET driver is specifically designed for Class-D audio amplifier applications. It forms a complete Class-D amplifier stage with dual over-current and shoot-through protection, as well as UVLO protection for three bias supplies. The dead-time generation module enables precise gate switching and optimal dead-time settings, reducing THD+N and noise floor. With a floating channel rated for ±100V, the IRS20957STRPBF can deliver up to 500W of output power and operates at frequencies up to 800 kHz.
