Product Overview
The IRS2181STRPBF is a 600V high-speed, high-voltage half-bridge gate driver from Infineon Technologies. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC-8N package, this device is part of Infineon’s EiceDRIVER™ family and provides independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. The IRS2181 features a very fast propagation delay with matched delay between channels, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications. Using Infineon’s proprietary HVIC technology and latch-immune CMOS construction, the driver operates reliably with high dV/dt immunity and tolerance to negative transient voltages on the VS pin. The device includes undervoltage lockout for both VCC and VBS supplies.
