Product Overview
The ISL95855HRTZ-T is a 3+2+1 voltage regulator controller designed for Intel IMVP8™ CPUs, manufactured by Renesas Electronics (formerly Intersil). Based on Intersil’s proprietary Robust Ripple Regulator (R3™) technology, this device provides a complete power solution for Intel microprocessors, supporting core, graphics, and system agent power rails. The ISL95855 features three output controllers: VRA (configurable 3/2/1 phase), VRB (configurable 2/1 phase), and VRC (1 phase). It supports Intel Serial Data Bus (SVID) interface for communication with the CPU, system input power monitoring (PSYS), and multiple current sensing methods including lossless inductor DCR and precision resistor sensing.
