Product Overview
The ISO7230CDWR is a triple-channel general-purpose digital isolator from Texas Instruments, packaged in a 16-pin SOIC (DW) package. It provides 2500V RMS isolation with capacitive coupling technology, supporting data rates up to 25 Mbps and 25 kV/μs common-mode transient immunity. The device features three unidirectional channels all in the same direction (3 inputs on side 1 to 3 outputs on side 2).
