Product Overview
The Microchip MIC2026A-1YM-TR is a dual-channel high-side MOSFET power distribution switch in an 8-pin SOIC package. Each channel provides 500mA continuous output current with 140mOhm maximum on-resistance per channel. Operating from 2.7V to 5.5V, it features thermally isolated channels, short-circuit protection, undervoltage lockout, reverse current blocking, and soft-start circuitry. The device is optimized for USB power distribution and general-purpose power switching applications.
