The MIC2026A-1YM-TR is a dual-channel high-side N-channel MOSFET power distribution switch from Microchip, optimized for USB power distribution. Each channel provides 500mA current limiting with independent enable, thermal shutdown, undervoltage lockout, and fault reporting in an 8-pin SOIC package.
