Product Overview
The MIC4428YM is a dual low-side MOSFET driver from Microchip Technology (formerly Micrel). This device provides two independent gate drivers, each capable of sourcing and sinking 1.5A peak current, making it ideal for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs in switching power supplies, motor drives, and DC-DC converters. The MIC4428 features TTL/CMOS compatible inputs, matched propagation delays between channels, and very fast rise/fall times for efficient high-frequency switching operation.
