Product Overview
The P82B715DR is a dual bidirectional I2C bus extender from Texas Instruments, packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (D) package. It extends the I2C bus communication distance up to 50 meters using twisted-pair cables by transforming the bus impedance by a factor of 10. The device operates from 3V to 12V and supports standard and fast-mode I2C at up to 400 kHz.
