The TLE4941PLUSC is a differential Hall-effect speed sensor IC from Infineon Technologies, designed specifically for automotive wheel speed sensing applications such as Anti-Lock Braking Systems (ABS) and Electronic Stability Program (ESP). Part of the XENSIV™ sensor family, this device uses advanced BiCMOS technology to integrate two Hall probes with a 2mm spacing, a differential amplifier, comparator, and a two-wire current output interface on a single chip. The TLE4941PLUSC features dynamic self-calibration that cancels magnetic and device offsets immediately after startup, delivering high sensitivity with a minimum magnetic flux density of 0.7mT.
